This painting shows two people sitting, looking towards the left, with their full bodies visible. The person on the left is a woman with light skin and long, dark brown hair. She is seated on a cushioned teal chaise lounge with her legs crossed. She is wearing a green turtleneck sweater and a short red skirt, with dark tights and black shoes. She has a bracelet on her wrist and rings on her fingers. Next to her, on the left, a brown cowboy hat rests near the edge of a colorful, southwestern-patterned rug. The man on the right is seated on a wooden chair next to the chaise lounge. He has light skin with gray hair and a mustache, and appears contemplative, touching his chin with one hand. He wears a yellow shirt, a light green vest, and blue pants, with a large gold belt buckle and brown shoes. More geometric patterned rugs lie beneath the man's chair. The room has wooden floors in warm, earthy tones, and a minty green wall.
