This painting depicts a landscape with a view across a grassy, dark green expanse towards distant hills and a pale gray body of water. Soft clouds fill the pale blue sky above. Tall trees frame the right side of the painting with dark green foliage, and there are small gray rocks across the grass closest to us. Beyond the water are green hills fading into the distance. The color palette includes earthy greens and browns, with soft yellows and blues in the sky and water.
