This painting shows clusters of dark purple, light green, and pinkish grapes on a white cloth-covered table, with large red and yellow apples on the table behind the plate. A small cluster of green grapes spills onto the table in the bottom left.  The fruit and plate cast dark shadows on the cloth. The cloth on the table is creased, and the surface below is dark brown. The wall behind the fruit is tan.
