Associated Names
Bernarda Bryson

Artist, American, 1903 - 2004

This print shows a man from the chest up, facing the right. The man has pale skin, a straight nose, thin, partially open lips, and short dark hair peeking from under a flat cap. He is dressed in a collared shirt and what look like overalls with a jacket over them. He is positioned near the bottom right corner of the print. In the background on the left, there is a rural scene with scattered wagon wheels, overgrown grass or hay, and a wooden fence. Behind those objects, the top of a structure resembling a windmill or another tall building is visible. The setting appears to be in an open field under a cloudy, gray sky.
